If you're interested in joining a Japanese-related organization while meeting students off-campus, UMass JSA (Japanese Students Association) provides a great opportunity.

Every Saturday, students from MHC have been going to UMass to attend some of JSA's activities which include Japanese card games (karuta), nengajo card making for New Years, a harumatsuri toward the end of the spring semester, and many more.

You'll have the chance to meet fellow 5-College language learners and native speakers.
