A used book store where you can buy a ton of books for super cheap.

If you get a DVD adapter, you can buy Japanese movies or English movies that are dubbed in Japanese for super cheap as well.

A Japanese discount store.

All the locations need to stop blasting loud music though. . .

Daiso

Daiso's pretty great. It's Japan's version of the Dollar Tree but with better quality stuff. 

If you go to the one in Harajuku, it has three floors and there's always some good finds.

Flea Market Kitano

The second-largest flea market in Kyoto which is held on the 25th of each month.

Enjoy looking around at Japanese items while being surrounded by Japanese history.
